2-3-09/2-4-09

So it all starts with a strawberry milkshake from Wendy's and a lot of lesbian jokes
at around 12:00 am
sleep
Trainspotting
woke up a bit late
off to college

Really eager to find out what my grade was for my essay I had done on obama
I show up to English class only to find out everyone had gotten a grade except, Guess who? This guy right here
Instead of a grade I had a note that read
"Mr. Talavera, I would like to have a word with you after class"
which made me furious and got my sarcasm going on during class in revenge
because I thought Mr. Kriewald was going to give me ttude' about my essay
So as I'm walking out he tells me to wait for a minute and he goes on
about how my essay was really interesting and how I should be in a more advanced English class.
in other words he said he really liked it. I mean fuck, this coming from my professor to a student who's always been surrounded by trouble and teachers who despised me because I was such an asshole as a kid (but he doesn't know that because I no longer act this way in school. since its college and all) was really a compliment and made my day I walked out with a huge smile on my face even shook his hand and he said "glad to have you here with us"
that right there made my day.
meant a lot to me that a teacher finally
like to have me in his class.

Later on the day I came home and relaxed
Bought two 40 oz. of beer and a Chelada tall boy
Chilled outside all afternoon on the patio with Dan the man
Read my book "I hope they serve beer in hell"
and sipped on the booze
Great weather/Great friend
Great beer/Great book
It was a very good day after all
I thought I'd share what a great day I had
In the great outdoors under the shade with Dan (the man)

but on the other hand I woke up feeling like complete shit or
maybe more like a gum under a shoe
feeling unwanted and in the bottom of it all
getting stepped on by the world
I don't understand my moods anymore
Spilled some tears while talking to blocker about loosing touch with life and reality
getting lost in these (I wouldn't call em addictions ) more like hobbies
and chemical testings. And I feel truly guilty. I am a bad person and I have to wake up with that guilt every morning. Today wasn't a good in the life of what you people might know me as.
I feel like shit and I would like to say depression is my best friend at the moment.
I'm tired and I want to sleep All month, if possible.
This back pain wont go away and I feel like throwing up.
Getting a fever and all that good stuff
I forgot to mention my new obsession
Foosball!
It's the only thing that gets me distracted from my feelings
I'm holding a pretty good record at the game room at school
I gotten beat like three times or something along the lines
out of thirty some games I've played
Jr deal is the true champ tho
but he doesn't spend as much time as me at the game room at school
so I get to hold the pride and joy of beating everyone that challenges me
But what goes up comes down
Hope to never see that day come.
My food today during lunch outside
Blah
a Bee kept bugging me
I must be emo

Fuck.

Here's my essay in case whoever reads this is that bored

If I was at the gym playing basketball sixty years ago, Barack Hussein Obama wouldn’t be the man dribbling next to me, but the man mopping the floor behind me. On his water break he’d take a sip from the fountain labeled “Negro,” the same label white people revealingly hassle him for. Fast forward to the year 2009 and we got a black man running the country; cleaning house. As unusual as it is, it happened for the first time in history of the United States of America. A country originally founded by white Anglo-Saxon Protestant men who ran out the starved and diseased Indians along with fellow Mexican ancestors. Sworn in as an Atheist because he was raised Muslim (and we don’t roll with the Qur'an), Barack is the president now and I got a bone to pick with that man. Changes need to be made since George W. Bush ruined everything and left Mr. Obama with the heavy load of the economy, war and a lot of hurt families.

Barack talked a hefty amount about ending the war in Iraq/Afghanistan. But is this really going to happen? No. For instance, being realistic and always looking out is the only way we’re going to keep these terrorist buffoons out of our nation. We have 600,000 troops out in the Middle East. As much as I would love for this war against terrorism to be over, the truth is Mr. Obama, both you and I know this is nearly impossible. You should quit lying about “hope” and about “change”. Because really, what is it that you plan on doing with our troops in the Middle East?

The government continues to fly soldiers on a daily basis. Recruiters for the military branches are reeling in kids with lies to join the military. All they want is their ten thousand dollars per head, lying about benefits half the kids will never see. Lets get real. It's not going to stop. People are going to keep dying for reasons that are literally out of our reach. We haven't fixed anything over there. Besides murdering Saddam Hussein, these people have their beliefs just like we have our own. We should let it be.

Saddam is dead; get out of Iraq. As for Bin Laden (the excuse we went to war for), well we all know he's dead so I hope you get the big picture and quit fronting like Georgie boy.

This country is the best country or so I hear, but the economy has been crashing slowly, slipping out of our ideal equilibrium. What are we going do about this? Give out a stimulus check to keep the economy running smooth? Ding Ding! No one bought a thing with those stimulus checks. Everyone paid off debt. Therefore, the stimulus check plan failed and so did Georgie boy. So exactly what are the plans we have on the table for our economy?

This getting everyone really shaken up has forced people to move to other countries. Some have even started doing armed robberies just to keep food on the table. Robberies performed by productive men with careers who might have even owned a business. Now these same men have been robbed themselves. Losing it all and resorting to crime in order to keep food on the table and a roof over their heads. Times are getting worse. Something Mr. Obama needs to get at now that he is the president instead of having Beyonce Knowles open up at his inauguration ceremony. What was that? It went from an inauguration ceremony to the “Rock the Bells Hip-Hop Festival” in the matter of seconds. I’m surprised Wu-tang clan didn’t come out to perform the song "Triumph". What a disgrace, seriously. I didn’t see Brooks and Dunn at Georgie Boy's inauguration.

As for giving college students more loans and scholarships, I think it’s a plus do to the fact that I go to school with a lot of people barely getting by. Their financial-aid wasn’t approved because "their parents make too much" when in reality they are barely getting by. It’s come to the point were I had to buy one of my friends her books. She could barely afford to pay for her classes none-the-less books that were financially beyond her reach. It’s been an issue for years and it feels good to know college students are getting the help they deserve instead of giving every unemployed, worthless, lazy nobody living in a government home all our tax money. It’s about time they use our tax money on something more productive other then crack cocaine and dead beats.

On the up side he sounds like a legit man but the real question is, is he really going to pull through with what he promised us? We all hope so, but something tells me he won’t be around for long. And as sad it is to say, racism is still in full effect. So this brings us a whole new perspective on how this man can actually concentrate on his promises when he’s going to be living in a bulletproof glass world filled with fear of becoming the next Martin Luther King. I hope he pulls through for all us. Our nation needs a good leader and we voted for Mr. Obama with hope that good leader can pull us out of this hole. So lets keep the faith and "hope" that "change" comes to our nation like he promised the American people.

Great job on the essay, man. I know how that is.

On my first day of senior year in high school, my English teacher called me up to her desk after reading my paper. At first, I thought she didn't like what I had to say, but she gave my paper to me and said, "I heard you're a really great student." I started laughing and asked, "who told you that?" She named the two English teachers I had in previous years (one had been my teacher for freshman and junior year). "No wonder," I said, "those are my English teachers. Ask any other teacher." She laughed and said she loved my paper.

Later on in the year, we had to give an oral report on how somebody from England and surrounding areas has made an impact on U.S. pop culture. The report was supposed to be between 3 and 5 minutes long. Mine was 10+ minutes long because I had alot to say about Pink Floyd. I was the only one who went in depth and shared every detail that I could. When it was time for questions, she was so intrigued, that she had to know more. She asked where I had gotten all of my information. It was great.
